    The Opportunity: Account Manager

    We are hiring a mid-level Account Manager to support our growing client base and help scale our client success function. 

    This role begins immediately after a deal is closed and is responsible for ensuring seamless client onboarding, successful implementation, and long-term account growth. 

    You will serve as the connective tissue between our clients, vendor partners, and internal team owning execution and delivering a world-class experience. 

    What You Will Do

    Own the Client Relationship

    • Take over client relationships following handoff from sales
    • Lead onboarding and transition calls
    • Serve as the primary point of contact

    Manage Implementations

    • Project manage installation and deployment with vendor partners
    • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones
    • Ensure successful outcomes aligned to expectations

    Deliver Excellent Communication

    • Provide proactive, clear, and professional client communication
    • Translate technical updates into business value
    • Build trust with stakeholders at all levels

    Coordinate with Vendors

    • Act as liaison between clients and technology providers
    • Ensure vendors deliver on commitments
    • Manage multi-vendor environments where applicable

    Drive Account Growth

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
    • Partner with sales on expansion strategies
    • Support renewals and long-term account success

    What We Are Looking For

    Required

    • 2–3 years of experience in account management, client success, or project coordination
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking ability
    • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

    Preferred

    • Working knowledge of:
      • Cybersecurity
      • AI / automation
      • UCaaS / telecom
      • Cloud and data center technologies
    • Experience working with vendor driven delivery models

    Compensation & Benefits

    We offer a highly competitive compensation package aligned with industry benchmarks and performance driven growth.

    Base Salary

    • $70,000 – $90,000

    • $82,000 – $115,000+

    Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE)
