The Opportunity: Sales Executive
Accelerate Partners is growing, and we are looking for a Sales Executive who knows how to open doors with sophisticated buyers and build relationships that convert. This is a hunter role. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business with CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, and operating partners across regulated industries including private equity, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and legal.
You will not be selling a commodity. Accelerate Partners operates as a vendor-agnostic trusted advisor, and the organizations we serve are making consequential technology and cybersecurity decisions. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a territory strategy to identify and engage net-new prospects across target industries and client segments
- Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, referral networks, industry events, and strategic partnerships
- Engage C-suite and senior executive buyers on technology strategy, cybersecurity, AI governance, cloud, and technology expense management
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover client challenges and connect them to Accelerate Partners' solutions and practice areas
- Collaborate with Managing Partners and practice leads to develop proposals and close engagements
- Represent Accelerate Partners at industry conferences, roundtables, and client-facing events
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data and contribute to revenue forecasting
What We Are Looking For
- 5 or more years of B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of new business development
- Experience selling to C-suite buyers, particularly CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, or PE operating partners
- Familiarity with technology, cybersecurity, or managed services is strongly preferred
- Comfort selling into regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, or legal
- A consultative approach: you ask good questions, listen carefully, and earn trust before you pitch
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to senior decision-makers
- Self-directed and comfortable working remotely without day-to-day oversight
- Experience using CRM tools to manage pipeline and activity
